Why consult?

Jaw pain, locking, clicking and bruxism (teeth clenching or grinding) are common and often linked to tension in the oro-facial and cervical region. They may come with migraines and headaches.

Treatment

The assessment looks at jaw mobility, muscle tension, posture and breathing. Rehabilitation combines manual techniques, mobility and relaxation exercises, breathing and swallowing re-education and advice for everyday life, in coordination with your dentist, orthodontist, surgeon or sleep physician.

Treatment is gradual and adapted to your sensitivity. The practice welcomes adults, teenagers and children, with approaches suited to each age.
