How does a running analysis work?
The analysis starts with a conversation about your running: volume, paces, shoes, injury history and current pain. Your gait is then observed on the treadmill at different paces to assess cadence, foot strike, lower-limb alignment and pelvic stability.
Please bring your usual running shoes so they can be taken into account during the analysis.
Who is it for?
The analysis is for runners with recurring pain (knee, Achilles, shin, hip), those returning to running after an injury or a long break, and those who simply want to refine their gait before increasing their training volume.
What happens next?
The analysis leads to practical advice: gait adjustments, targeted strengthening exercises, a plan for progressing volume and, where needed, runner rehabilitation through to a full return to running.
